And how do they position their product against their competition? &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2) What is their business model? How are they planning to make money?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For really useful interviews, you always want to ask this questions: What pain are you solving? Who do you see as your competitors? How are you going to be different? Who are you target customers? How are you planning to build traffic/ usage? How are you going to make money?</description>
