		<description>I absolutely agree that stimulating small businesses is key to fixing this debacle.  Many small businesses are getting their lines of credit cancelled by banks that are going into hyper drive re: risk mitigation.  Prop these small businesses up, and a large percentage of American consumers will have the economic fortitude to withstand this crisis.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for thinking of an Alternative, Brian.</description>

I had a somewhat eccentric idea for combating unemployment... Establish a 7-hour work day! The extra hours that need to be worked would create demand for more employees. I understand that it would affect profitability, but I feel that companies should focus more on people and their quality of life rather than the bottom line.</description>
